The fund process
- Applications are processed in order of arrival.
- A person from the fund receives the requests and makes them anonymous before communicating them to the collective.
- Deadline for response: at the latest by the 10th of the month following the request (we meet every 7th of the month)
- The fund is limited to a total monthly budget of 1500€/month.
SOS FACTURE
SOS FACTURE assistance consists in the direct payment of an invoice of a maximum value of 300€ by TSFB.
What types of expenses can be covered ?
- Energy bills (water, gas, electricity)
- Health (excluding: psychotherapy*, hormonal treatments*, transitional and cosmetic surgeries)
- Telephone costs capped at 150€ per bill. (excluding: application purchases, parkings, phone sex lines - Yes we are boomers ^^ )
- Damage if not covered/insured.
- Fines (except speeding)
- School fees, school/educational material listed as necessary by the training center/school attended
What is not covered ?
- Income taxes
- Electronic/computer/audio-visual equipment
- Expenses related to transitional or cosmetic surgeries.
- Telephone costs related to application purchases, contests, sexy services...
- Public transportation costs*.
How to make a request ?
Send a request by email to getsupport@tsfb.be with:
Mandatory:
- Photo(s) of the complete invoice including:
- Amount due
- Full name of the person to whom it is addressed
- Due date (when the invoice is due for payment)
- Full contact information of the structure that needs the payment
- Payment reference as needed to appear on the bank statement
Optional:
- phone number of the applicant in case TSFB needs extra information related to the application
How does the support work ?

Deadline for response
- For a complete request: at the latest on the 10th of the month following the request (we meet every 7th of the month)
- For an incomplete request: the processing time will be extended
The fund will pay the bill directly (without going through your personal account).
Please note that your request will be processed on the 10th of the month following your request. If our answer is positive, it will take a few more days before processing, however, it is possible that your request will be postponed to the following month if our mothly budget for support is reached.
SOS TELEPHONE
SOS TELEPHONE provides for the purchase of a smartphone for trans* people who do not have one.
Which phone can you receive ?
- The phones are either donations made to TSFB or purchases of refurbished smartphones.
- Depending on the market and availability: the model may vary.
- We recommend models that are no more than 2 years old and take into account their ecological footprint.
How to make a request ?

- Your main or trusted address to arrange delivery.
How does the support work ?
Once we have confirmed your request, we will arrange to have the phone delivered to you as soon as possible.
SOS LASER
SOS LASER covers 3 laser hair removal sessions for the face and neck areas at a partner center in Brussels (Saint-Gilles).
Information
Infos
- Prior to the first 3 sessions, an initial meeting and information session is offered. This initial consultation consists of meeting the partner practitioner and determining the laser technique best suited to your skin, as well as providing you with all the information you need to know.
- The center is located on Avenue Brugmann in the commune of Saint-Gilles, Brussels. (30 minutes' walk from the Midi train station).
- The center is equipped to work on all skin types.
- Assistance is available to all adults & minors accompanied at the first consultation.
- For total facial hair removal, depending on your level of hairiness, you'll need 8 to 10 sessions of around 20 minutes each.
- The first 3-4 sessions are the most decisive. They should be spaced at intervals of no more than 3 to 4 weeks.
- Subsequent sessions should be spaced 6-8 weeks apart.
- The cost of a session at the center is €100.
- TSFB currently has a total budget for SOS LASER of €8,500 (June. 24) .
How to ask for help?

- Your first & last name so that we can open a file with the center to cover payment for the 3 sessions.
How does assistance work?
- Once the assistance has been confirmed, we send your name to the center & we send you the center's contact details so that you can make an appointment directly with the center.
- At the end of the 3 sessions, the center sends the invoice for the 3 sessions directly to TSFB, who will pay it.
- If the 3 sessions are not carried out within 8 months of confirmation of the assistance. TSFB will then pay the center for the session(s) completed, if any, and close your file.
